Comfy stay with friendly faces

Had a cozy night here! The staff were super helpful, especially when I accidentally locked myself out. The room was comfy enough, and I enjoyed the breakfast, which had a gluten-free option. The only thing I found a bit annoying was the tiny bathroom, but it was clean. The bar/lounge area was nice too.

Had a blast with friends exploring the local area and hitting up the nearby pubs and shops. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to be close to attractions. Free coffee downstairs and a solid breakfast were great perks too!

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which disturbed our sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful, but service could be more organized, as we faced delays during breakfast. the hotel served its purpose well for our visit to Birmingham, but it needs some attention in the breakfast area and room comfort.

I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and bespoke industrial-themed décor throughout the Ibis Styles Birmingham Centre, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable as a senior traveler.

Breakfast selection could be more varied for seniors.

the staff were super nice, especially the one who checked me in, she even lent me a phone charger! ! got a chomp bar on the bed when i arrived, such a cool touch. the bed was really comfy and the shower was amazin! also loved the tv with a great channel selection, and there's a tesco and co-op nearby, which is perfect.
